2026 Week 7 Fantasy Football: Rico Dowdle Questionable for Steelers-Saints in Paris

Steelers running back Rico Dowdle is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Saints in Paris, according to ProFootballTalk (NBC Sports). Dowdle is dealing with a knee injury, and Pittsburgh's final practice before the game won't happen until Saturday — meaning his status could remain unclear deep into the weekend.

Rico Dowdle

Questionable is not ruled out, but a knee injury with a late Saturday practice window is a bad combo for fantasy managers trying to make lineup decisions. The story doesn't name a clear handoff option behind Dowdle on the depth chart, so if he can't go, check your waiver wire (the pool of unowned players in your league) for Pittsburgh backfield depth. If Dowdle does suit up, watch for a game-time decision update — the team won't hold their final practice until Saturday afternoon, which is late given the Paris time zone. Start him only if he's confirmed active.
