2026 Week 8 Fantasy Football: DJ Moore, Dalton Kincaid Among Bills Questionable vs. Ravens
Two key Buffalo pass-catchers are listed questionable Sunday, with real fantasy implications for their backups.
According to ProFootballTalk (NBC Sports), multiple Buffalo Bills pass-catchers are listed as questionable for their Week 8 matchup against the Ravens, headlined by wide receiver DJ Moore (shoulder) and tight end Dalton Kincaid (chest). Right tackle Spencer Brown (back) is also questionable, which matters for pass protection but less so for fantasy lineups directly.
DJ Moore
Moore hasn't played since the Oct. 4 loss to New England — he missed Weeks 5 and 6 and sat through the Week 7 bye — so this is his first real shot at returning. The source story says it's still unclear whether he'll actually suit up Sunday. In four games played this season he has 12 receptions for 178 yards and a touchdown, so the volume role is there when healthy. Don't start him with confidence until active/inactive designations drop Sunday morning.
If Moore is ruled out, Khalil Shakir is the clearest beneficiary. Shakir is averaging 5.3 targets per game in six games played this season — the best rate of any Bills receiver in the data — and would be the primary target upgrade in Moore's absence. Keon Coleman is next in line at receiver; he's averaging 4.0 targets per game across six games and has seen slightly more snap share (67.7%) than Shakir (63.4%), so he's in the mix too. Joshua Palmer is a distant third at 37% snap share and is a desperation-only play even in a best-case scenario.
Dalton Kincaid
Kincaid's chest injury adds another layer of uncertainty to the Bills' passing game. If he can't go, Dawson Knox would be next in line at tight end — but Knox's usage this season has been limited (1.7 targets per game, 1.3 receptions in six games), so any boost would be modest. Knox is a dart throw at best in deeper formats if Kincaid sits; don't expect Knox to suddenly become a featured target. Jackson Hawes and Keleki Latu are deep-roster tight ends with minimal historical usage this season and are not fantasy-relevant.
The compounding concern: if both Moore and Kincaid sit, the Bills' entire skill-position depth is tested in a tough road environment against Baltimore. Shakir becomes a legitimate flex starter in PPR formats (points per reception scoring) in that scenario. Watch the injury report closely before Sunday's kickoff.
